Colintraive and Glendaruel Development Trust is developing a database of qualified and experience professionals it can call on when and as projects receive funding or require developing. For several years we have recruited on a project-by-project basis and each time we do we expend resources looking for the right person or people. We think by gathering a list of experienced and talented individuals beforehand we will be able to bring projects forward more quickly and more effectively.
- We value experience and qualifications, but enthusiasm and commitment are just as important.
- We hope to develop projects in varied locations – desk-based and in the field – providing employment at all levels with a wide range of skillsets.
- In the main, we are looking for people who are local to us, but we are open to submissions from further afield.
- We offer no guarantees about when and if contracts will be offered.
